A couple days ago I came home to some beautiful flowers and a sweet card from my hubby. I thought hey what a "great just" because surprise. Still smiling from the thoughtful surprise, I walked into the bedroom and found this little nugget curled up asleep on my bed. I screamed, which then turned into tears of joy. Literally I cried. {in case you don't know me I cry a lot, not like sad crying, like when I get really happy I cry. lol} My first puppy!

My family got into town last night. So excited when they have a chance to come visit. I'm jelly of all you guys that are blessed to have your family live close. We are ready for a busy weekend shopping and playing card games. Party time!

If your an ig-er you have probably seen Lemon's and Lace popping up all over the blogging world. They have the cutest little handmade headbands.  

I have felt in the silliest moods lately, Spring really brings out the "happy" in me. I have been living in these fringe booties. I am a shoe-aholic but I have literally worn these boots like four days in a row for the last 2 weeks. Not typical for me at all. The heel is actually comfortable and your feet aren't hurting after a full days wear; andddddd...... I am sort of obsessed with fringe right now.

  So I probably missed the trend when these oversized balloons were all the rage, but it was one of those things I kept seeing and still needing. Call me 5, but something about balloons instantly makes me happy and want to play.

These are the last snapshots from our tropical vacay. You may or may not have noticed I can't stop wearing black lately ((four of my last five outfit posts, but hey who's counting)) I'm just pretending each look looks super different so roll with me... Jumpsuits and rompers are making a comeback, and it has 80's written all over it. I'm diggin' it. 

It literally just hit me it's half way through March already?! Where has this year gone already!

LA Spring Fever

This weekend we had a quick trip to LA for a charity event with the Laker's Youth Foundation. Got to whip out the shorts again and enjoy a couple more days of sunshine and warm weather.  I've got Spring Fever.

Still missing the warm weather and sunshine. I'm so jealous of all you guys that live in the warm weather! We had such a great trip with our friends. Cruises are the way to do it. Food, lot's of places to see, and endless night activities. 

I think I wore a hat 90% of the days we were out on the beach - the humidity does not get a long with my hair! I have been dying for a fringe swim since last year, so I was super stoked to find this one from L*space. Their swimsuits are amazing.
