I love getting dressed up for Easter. This year I kind of splurged on a dress because it was B's first holiday. I had the hardest time finding an outfit for Beckam though. There is like no newborn dress clothes for boys. My cousin saved the day and got him these cute little knit overalls and they worked perfect.
My little Easter boy
Last week was my first day in heels post baby! I've been living in flats lately, but it felt good to throw on the Louie's and dress up a casual outfit. Also showing a little Mama pride with this graphic
Mami tee.
B is hands down the highlight of my life, but you mom's know it's still exhausting. I have been running on about 4-5 hours of sleep each day. It was nice to have a little me time and enjoy a mini spa day last week. My friends had been telling me about this place (
Spa Trouve) so my girlfriend and I took the evening and got pampered.
Converse and skinny jeans: the two pieces of clothing I use over and over when B's not in pajamas. The
mini converse stay on so good. I have always heard people talk about how there is no point to baby shoes because they always fall off but with the high tops they stay on and they're really easy to slide on their feet.
Nordstrom has a great selection of colors. As for jeans, I've tried a couple different brands, but always go back to the GAP ones because of the fit.
These skinnies are still a little loose on him but they don't look like he's swimming in them.
Rag & Bone has become one of my favorite brands post baby. I hadn't tried their denim until a couple weeks ago and it is so comfortable. I've gotten two pairs of their pants and a pair of shorts and basically live in them.
He's a happy little dude when he's in the stroller. That and the car are like his favorite spots. I think he likes the movement it always puts him to sleep in like .2 seconds.
Since I was home 75% of the time last month I went on a flower buying binge. Every time I went to the grocery store I came home with flowers. My husband kept teasing me because our house was over run with flowers, but I was like if I'm gonna be home all day I at least want it to be feel fresh and bright!
B still sleeps next to our bed, but I try to put him in his crib every day for at least 30 minutes so he starts getting familiar with it. Usually he just stares at the walls and looks around but once in a blue moon he will actually fall asleep in there :)
Hope you all had a Happy Easter! Most of these shots were from my Instagram you can follow along daily
